Wow. Homecoming for us is the 11th of October (And I have no date *whine*) but I'm going anyways for my friends. I'm doing ALOT now - Key club, writers club, 2 renaissance commities (if you don't know, rennaisance is a program that promotes academics and rewards teachers and students). In addition to that I do some babysitting at church Wednesday nights and some Sunday mornings. That stuff is awesome. I'm doing pretty good now, and my friends are being really great too. We've been back to the middle school a couple times, it's awesome - last time we sat and watched a football game with my 8th grade science teacher (Actually we weren't watching most of the time, we watched the cheerleaders though because she's their coach). Besides all that.

K - first off, I do put the heaviest things closest to my back (I heard that somewhere too) and I use both straps (if you don't one shoulder is likely to come unattatched - everyone does in HS) and I'm pretty sure it doesn't go more than 4 in. below my waist - but I never measured. The main problem is that the books are just too many. But we figured out a system now - rather complicated it is, but a system anyways. I have lunch 6th period (of 8). So in the morning, I get my books for 1st-3rd and then between 3rd and 4th I put them in my friend's locker because it is really close to my 4th period. She gives me her History book then (that's my 4th but she has it 1st) and we both go to class. After class I give her book back to her and go to 5th for which I don't have a book. Then for 6th we go to her locker, get my books and hers, put mine in my locker and go to lunch. LOLOL! That's complicated, really, but it works fine.

Hummm... the only thing in Columbus I think that it would be worth a 3 hour trip for any 6th grader to visit would be Cosi (which is an interactive museum of science, sort of - I think there are like 2 in the whole US and I have no clue where the other one is. It's awesome though, you like get to experiment with all these different science things in alot of areas, space, technology, ocean, life, physics, and a ton more... learning but more fun, lol.) and if there's anything else worth visiting I've never been there. LOL!
And btw, you're right, we both never be quiet, LOL! :D
See you later!
Katie
