But the autointoxication / misbehavior connection has to be borne in mind. The spanking and the anal insertion are the "punishment" - the suppository itself is the practical measure, removing the excrement which contributed to the misbehavior in the first place. I learned from my mother's example, when you have a frequently constipated child and they're over your lap for a spanking, it makes some kind of sense to kill two birds with one stone and put a soap-stick or glycerine suppository in while they're there.
