I said I just had an enema. She said I don't know about that but I'm to give you this. I see you're scheduled for another enema in the morning. The castor oil worked around 1:30. I couldn't believe how it worked me nor could I believe there was still so much crap in me after the enema. Around 6 a guy comes in with a cart and an enema can. He puts another enema up my ass and makes me hold it 5 minutes. Then he watches as I let it out in the bathroom. He looks in the toilet and says good. I get out of the hospital the next day after passing the stone. I did not go that morning nor the next tree morning. My mother says I need an enema. I said there is no #2 in me to get out after two enemas and a castor oil cocktail. She said do you want castor oil. I said that's okay after recalling how it worked me. She gave me the enema. The bathrooms there look and smell like they are used by the horses, cows, and pigs shown there. About the last thing I would want to do is use any of the toilets there. So, I make very sure I'll not have any need to go by doing a complete colon cleanout the day before. My cleanout starts with an adult dose of Castor Oil, taken before breakfast with a big cup of coffee as I wrote above. An hour later I eat a low residue breakfast and wait for the Castor Oil to work. The first BM usually happens in the early-mid afternoon and usually clears my entire colon of formed poo. In the next few hours I have to go again a time or two, but that is usually watery. About an hour before bedtime I prepare and take a large, three quart, warm water enema with a silicone colon tube inserted well up inside as a rinse.
