 The punishment of the taste lasts longer if he does not get orange juice or coffee to wash it down. However, warm OJ or hot coffee will enhance the laxative effect. Definitely on an empty stomach, at least a half hour before any breakfast.

If he is very constipated, give him an enema a couple of hours after the oil, to soften and evacute the hard poo which will things easier when the oil works. Otherwise, wait until the oil has pretty much finished working.
