 My 11th Birthday was on Saturday and I was to be given my first birthday party with many of school friends. Knowing this all week I became a real mess which was normal when I got real excited. I became a real grouch as my bowels stopped working. Early Saturday morning Mom gave me a big Birthday hug then took me into the bathroom and gave me one of her wonderful slow warm loving enemas. An hour later I was a normal good natured kid. I never thanked Mom for that very first special personal birthday gift.
