When giving or recieving enemas, I think the Left Sims position is the best, or at least the most comfortable position for taking large volumes of water. The abdomen is in more of a resting postion this way. If you're giving the enema, it's just a simple matter of raising the right buttock with one hand and inserting the tube/nozzle with the other.
