i look at it this way IF your ok and cunfertable with her then go ahead and allow her to do it .
ME i was a mommas boy SHE was not just my mom BUT MY BEST BUDDY she and i had many many of the same tasts be it eating at a cajon restrant or a italian place WE also loved the same tv be it a movie or TV show we both were like 2 pees in a pod.

SHE passed aya 7 yearsago on the 25th of this month MAN i miss her SO SO SO MUCH she was way more then my mom .
SO BILL if your ok with YOUR MOM giving you an enema at age 40 or so GO ON and allow her to do so.
