Thanks for you advice. I will try to get some Miralax from Ebay, It looks like an Amer1can import though...

I finally managed some good ol English fish/chips and peas last night. It has come through 14 hours later, but the poo has burnt my bottom even though it was soft. I am in a mess, but my bowels are working again.

I am going to get some suppositories today, and try and take an enema every few days now. I need to poo more than I do. Yesterday was the pits. I have never been in so much pain pushing my rock hard stool out. Scary...
