Anytime is a good time to take an enema.
There are enough reasons to take one and all are good.
So like you drink a lot more water if you feel like it,
Take as many enemas you feel like.
No harm is going to come from it.
Facing the cold is one reason for hot water.
Battling a heatstroke with an ice water enema is a medical reason.
And re-hydrating your body from a hot dry weather with cold water as a logical conclusion.

You're right, Shelly, anytime is a good time for an enema. Sometimes, when I don't have anything to do, I'll get out the big red bag and sort of treat myself. Most times ai feel quite refreshed after two or three enemas. In fact, most of the time, I'm so relaxed I'll lay down and sleep for a couple hours.
