Yes use Chamomile Tea. You can buy it in the gourmet section of most up-scale grocery stores.Bring 1 qt of water to a boil remove from the heat and steep 6-8 bags of tea leaves for about 5 minutes. Cool the tea to about 102-105 deg. F. Slowly take about a pint and hold it for 10-15 min if possible then without expeling slowly take the rest and hold for as lomng as you can. This is a retention enema so the longer yiou can hold it the more effective it will be.
