Why disrupt the entire digestive tract when she could go quickly to the "bottom" of the problem with a very reliable enema canful of warm soapsuds that worked within a few minutes. I noticed that she had picked out a package of a major brand laxative, and then strolled over to the enema bags. That was when we had a big selection. She carefully examine one of the fountain syringes, and looked back at the laxatives and to the box that the enema bag came in. I watched from a distance and wondered which she was going to choose. Finally, she brought both over to my counter and purchased both products. I wondered, she must have been really constipated, or just wanted to make sure. Of course, I never found out.
