Recently tried this system. The pulse nozzle is without a doubt the most effective enema I have ever had (and I have had a LOT). For people with a disability this is ideal, for enema lovers it is equally as amazing. System can be used more times then it is stated. After the first squeeze of the bulb all I thought was 'WOW!"
It would be best if you had someone administering the enema since it is a little complicated but I have used it on my own.

The pulsing if far more intense then I would have imagined and VERY effective although relaxing.
I think it might be an issue with the return if you were blocked up and didn't have a partner to refill the bag. It would probably take two bags to break down the 'return' if you weren't keeping up with it.

The first few times I used it I only used the nozzle for the pulsing action. It worked very well bet be careful and close in the bathroom upon removing the nozzle. It creates a powerful evacuation that continued for quite some time but not painful, just intense.
You would be hard press to use the exit tube if constipated. Only could use when already fairly cleaned out.

The first time I tried the ME I'd not had a BM in several days. After inserting the nozzle I filled, pulsed, and released several times. Then suddenly I got a huge urge to go and the hose plugged up on me and I had to remove the nozzle in a real hurry. Luckily the bed was well covered with disposable pads.
Since then, I've always kept a big bedpan close by and protected the bed well. It is easy to remove the nozzle and roll onto the pan quickly. After that, the ME is cleaned out and the session continues, getting me really well cleaned out.
I think the ME is very good and really makes me poop, but if you start off constipated, you need to be prepared.

I use soap if the bag. Two packets of Castile Enema Soap. It is probably not recommended by some but I find things just work better with the soap.
I have had all types of enemas since I was born with Spina Bifida. None have been as effective as the Miracle Enema. If you are constipated when using it you will most likely have to remove the nozzle after a good fill and some pumps. The exit hose should probably be larger. The hose from the bag to the nozzle is kind of short also but other then that it is one of the most innovative enema product to come out in quite some time.

I bought a Miracle Enema and have tried it twice.
The first time I'd not had a BM in three or four days. I set it up like the instructions, filled the bag and put a bedpan close after reading some of the earlier posts. I lubed the nozzle and inserted and inflated it then turned on the water and took as much as was comfortable. After starting the water I started pumping gently. I could feel the pulses, but little more.
After a while I suddenly felt a very strong urge and opened the release valve but the tube blocked very quickly and I had to rush to get onto the pan and deflate the balloon. After cleaning things up, I tried again and this time it worked very well.
The second time, I used a Fleet Extra Enema and got into the knee-chest position while waiting. After it worked, I used the Miracle Enema again. This time there was no blockages, and the release water was almost clear after the second bagful.
It really does clean me out, but I need something else to getting started.

If using this system as part of a bowel maintenance program then the more you use it the better it works. Every other day seems to be about right and wouldn't hurt every day until you body gets trained to it.
If using it occasionally for fun or a complete clean-out then plan on using the toilet after the first bag and then it will work like a charm. It will give a complete clean out with a minimum of discomfort. The other bonus is once you are done there isn't that 'enema belly' feeling afterwards. I find that I also have much fewer runs to the bathroom after using this system then a regular enema.
The pulsing action of the nozzle really works. It brings on very strong urges with less severe cramps although the end result is far more effective then the usual enema.
I wish they would have a discount for multiple purchases. I am also hoping at some point to be able to get insurance to help pay since I use it for a bowel program (Spina Bifida)

I forgot to mention that I found it much more comfortable to lube myself as well as the nozzle as that makes insertion much easier.
Their web site also has a computerized machine. If your insurance will pay, maybe you should get that.
