Hi, suppositories for constipation were glycerin, run under water so they were slippery, and my mum lubed my anus so the insertion was not uncomfortable. For punishment I had dulcolax (bisacodyl) and no lube and she seemed to make a point of hurting me (when older she would use 2 fingers for a punishment supp). My anus would be sore and the suppository always felt to be burning inside me. When it was time to expel my already painful anus would also burn as the stools and the coating of wax or whatever from the suppository passed out. I read somewhere on this or a similar board that bisacodyl is not so effective if coated with lubricant because it relies on contact with the rectal wall to begin stimulating the bowels to spasm and expel. Wondered if anyone had tried that and noticed a difference in effectiveness. Dave

i'm curious about the punishment suppos, so i have a few questions for you, i hope it's okay for you:
For what reasons did you get punishment suppositories? Did your mum wait giving you them when you just had a bm few time ago? Were you allowed to expel when you got urge or did your mum treat you to hold it for a while? Where did she give you the punishment suppos? Did she pay attention that you did not push them out? How old were you when you got them?
