When I was 11 yrs old back in the late fifties I was resting in the pedo ward of the local hospital after some tests. There was a boy about my age in the next bed. A nurse came in wheeling a tray with some equiptment on it and put it next to his bed. Then she moved a screen between our two beds and told the boy she was going to give him an enema. He started to complain but she was no nonsence.
I noticed that if I moved to the side somewhat there was a small opening in the screen giving me enough of a view of his crotch area. She already had his gown up and he was on his side facing me. I had never seen a naked boy before, but was disappointed that his penis looked not that much different from what I had seen on a baby. I felt guilty and turned away but could still hear everything. The boy was complaining alot. When the nurse told him just a little more I decided to peek again. This time I was suprised, his penis was now so much bigger compared to before and sticking straight up towards his belly button. At first in my 11 year old niavete I didn't enderstand it, but then I remember thinking that must be what a boner is. The nurse then finished and allowed him to expel it in the bathroom. When he came back he couldn't look at me, though I'm sure he didn't know what I had been peeking, and was probably relieved when I left a lttle while later. The episode however, made a big impression on me.
