 i would all time see my little brother get a enema, he would always cry, he was 6-8 yrs i was 9-11, mom would have him in the tub on a rubber mat, laying on his back using a squeeze bulb, my older sister was 14 and she would help mom,i remember one time my sister was left in charge over us and one of her friends came over i was outside playing in the neighborhood, and came in for somthing to drink i heard my brother sobbing in the bathroom and my sisters friend giggling i went in the bath room and sure enough my brother was getting a enema, my sister was squeezing the enema and my brother would pass gas he would cry his eyes out , this happened alot.

This was more common than many think. I was watched by my young aunt getting an enema from my mom. She was only five years older than me, I also had a sister three years older than me. It wasn't all the time, but enough times for me to really remember them. Don't want to get into a double standard thing, but in my day it was mostly girls watching boys get an enema than the other way around.

Matt, you said you didn't want to get into the double standard thing, but it does exist, but it's very common.

Women are the traditional caretakers of the family, so if a mother has a daughter, she will very likely be involved
in taking care of her younger brothers and sisters. So, for that reason, as you said, "it was mostly girls watching boys", not the reverse.

Your sister must have had your mother's permission to be present. If it bothered you, didn't you ask your mother to send her out of the room?

hi- yes i did see my aunt get a enema. i was spending the weedend with my grandmother, i was 16 years old. my aunt who was my mothers baby sister was also there for the weekend. my grandmother kept asking my aunt who was 23 years old and 6 months pregnant with her first child said that she hadnt had a b.m. in 3 days. my grandmother told her in a very firm voice get undressed and go to my bathroom i am going to give you a good enema to clean you out. they went into the bathroom and shut the door. after about 5 minutes my grandmother called for me to come to the bathroom and help her. when i went in there was my aunt laying on her back and my grandmother was trying to get a colon tube in her. my grandmother asked me to hold the enema bag while she pushed in my aunt. when the tube was in her my grandmother massaged my aunts large belly and i held the enema bag. i guess because she was pregnant caused her to have real bad cramps but after about 20 minutes she ended up taking the full 2qts. and got on the toilet. this was very interesting to me seeing a nude pregnant female get a enema.

I always saw my sisters and brothers get enemas, and they always saw me ... more easily said, we all saw each other get enemas because when one person got one, we all usually got enemas at the same time. It was just our mother's way of doing things.
If one of us got a cold, she gave an enema to help relieve the cold, but we also got enemas to help prevent the colds.
The procedure was simple ... she'd call us into the kitchen where we all undressed and waited for our turn to get the tube. There was no reason to make a fuss because our enema would simply be preceded by a spanking. It was mom's way of doing things.
Mom like to give a very warm (not hot) soapy enema which she told us to hold "as long as we could" ... then followed that with two or three clear water rinse enemas. The enema session for the five of us usually too some two hours, sometimes longer.
While the boys became somewhat self-conscious of taking enemas in a group when they were in high school, mom did not diminish the insistence that they continue to be part of the ritual ... they got their last enemas as a family when they left home, which was usually in August just before leaving for college.
We girls, the three of us, didn't mind receiving enemas from mom. Even when we were in college, or after, we'd make it a point to return home as a group, just the three of us, so mom could do her thing.

In fact, I, or should I say we, got our most recent enemas from Mom just a week ago ... I'm the youngest at age 30, my sisters are 35 and 39 ... My middle sister and her husband bought a large bit of wooded property about five years ago and she suggested we move the ritual from mom's residence to her spacious property. That's when I got my first out-of-door enema and totally enjoyed it. In fact, all three of us stayed naked the full day, and our husband have joined us ... not for the enemas (they go to play golf when mom and us girls do our thing), but they know it's "safe to come home" at mid-afternoon and they join us ... nude and relaxed.
