john- at the present time i am 25 years old. but when i was 16 and visiting my grandmother and this is just a few years ago. she noticed me holding my stomach one night and asked me what was wrong. i made the mistake of telling her that i had minstrual cramps. she told me to undress and go to her bathroom that she was going to give me a warm herbal tea enema that was good for cramps and would purge out my system.this is exactly what my mother would do to me. as much as i hated to i did what she said. she had me lay on my back and used a long colon tube on me. it took her about 20 minutes to give me the 2qt. enema. which by the way did seem to help me.

yes i certainly did give enemas to my grandaughters. they usually visited in the summer. their ages were 14and 16. i would always give them warm enemas for menstrual cramps. and sometimes i would give them enemas just to clean out their systems and prevent constipation.
