After having taking a high volume enema 24 hours later I have a normal bowel movement, this without any problems.

When I get a machine colonic, my next bowel movement is actually only a couple hours after my next meal. It also seems bowel movements become easier in the hours immediately after a thorough colonic. My colon therapist flushes me out until there's almost nothing but clear water in the viewing tube...(50 minutes to 1 hour session). She tells me movements quickly become easier because there's less mucoid plaque deep up in the colon after a good colonic.
