I almost think Sue, that the lack of dignity and control of the situation during expulsion was the worse part of the whole process for me. Well, ok none of it was good let's face it! but to be closely watched and in my case it was sometimes really closely watched! while having to work hard to produce an acceptable BM was totally mortifying and even thinking about it now makes me go a little red!
