I do know that grandmother took an enema every nigh for 20 years that I know of, Mother took & gave enemas to everyone in the house mostly when we were sick or getting sick. Then my life my first was given enemas as a kid & like to give enemas to me & some to the kids & sometime she let time give her enemas when she needed them. Well now it come to me and enemas I have taken enemas & learned about coffee retention enemas, I have found that help with pain in my body. The thing is has outer older people found that Coffee enema help outer people with pain.
