I think all the things in your list contribute to my erection. I think I might have gotten my first erection from an enema at about age 13. Mom suddenly stopped giving me enemas. I had to sneek them after that. My wife will not let me give her an enema. Sometimes she will give me one. As I get older it is harder to get an erection. I find that if she gives me an enema while we are in bed that my erection is more likely to be successful.

Harry H- my mom stopped my enemas at about age 11, before puberty and likely to avoid the erection issue. My enemas gradually decreased from age 4 to that last one at 11.

Puberty started early for me, about 10 1/2. First enema-related erection that I remember was at that time, on withdrawal of the nozzle. Home enemas stopped abruptly at that time.
