 Well enemas & erections were hand & hand, yes enemas or getting enemas do. But way back then I seam to remember that I always did get hard & when I was around 13 years being given an enema by mother I came mother did not say anything about me coming. Mother after that mother gave all my enemas with me on my side in my bed not over her lap !

Both my older boys, 13 and 15, have erection sometimes getting enema. Which problem? It's naturally for boys in their age. Moreover, they have morning erection almost daily, especially oldest. I ignore it because it's normally and naturally for them.

Maria, it is good that you just ignore it when a son you are giving an enema to gets an erection.
Once in my teens when I was in the hospital and got an enema I was in the knee-chest position. I got an erection and ejaculated, right there. Nurse who gave me enema was pretty good about it, but obviously could not ignore it. She cleaned it up and said not to worry, that it happens, smiled, etc. Nevertheless, I was very embarrassed when she wiped my penis.
I would imagine it much more likely with a teenage boy than from someone older.
