 I was terribly embarassed and humiliated when I had to expel in front of my Mother. She always had to stay and "inspect" the results. We had strict discipline in home and I had no choice till 15, when she accepted I'm became too old for this procedure.

I understand your embarrassment. When I was 13 I complained of constapation and she administered a enema and her friend from next door came over to give her instructions. I had to bend over in front of her and she inserted the tube. Then I had to expell right here on kitchen in big potty in front mother and neighbor. At that age my face was bright red.
