I know the feeling Lelie. My first hospital enema as an adult happened while my wife was in the room. A cute young nurse named Carly was doing the honors with my wife's assistance. Even though my wife is also a nurse, I'd preferred to have her do it, or not be in the room while Carly stuck the tube up my rear. To make a long story short, Carly came out with a white rubber like tube about the width of a Sharpie pen. It was attached to a clear bag, I swear was twice as big as a gallon Ziploc. I had to bring my knees to my chest, then I felt the cold, slippery tube being deftly snaked up my butthole for what felt like half a mile. The enema was too hot and soapy, and I couldn't keep still from the cramping and embarrassment of my rearend and genitals exposed to the 20 year old nurse. My wife kept telling me to try to relax, but she didn't know the agony I was in. When Carly pulled the tube out, it felt like a kidney and liver came with it. I went racing to the pot with the help of my wife. Almost made a big mess before my ass hit the commode seat. After the ordeal, I asked my wife why Carly stuck the tube so far. She told me it only went in about 5 inches, which is an acceptable insertion depth. I also asked her why she didn't give me the enema, and spare me the humiliation of having a young, female stranger do it. She said the hospital probably wouldn't have let her do it for liability and insurance reasons. That sucks.
