Doug--I can relate to some of the things you wrote. My younger brother and I lived with our mom and grandmother. My brother and I received enemas twice a month. By the time we were eleven and twelve, both of us always had erections, and like you, we were hard by the time we were taking off our clothes. Our enemas continued after puberty. Unfortunately, I was a late bloomer, too. Not the case with my brother, though. He started puberty just after he turned twelve. Meanwhile, I was thirteen and a half and had nothing. We were given enemas side by side, flat on our backs, so the difference was very noticeable. My grandmother would always make some sort of comment about how Timmy was developing and I wasn't. Sure didn't help the old ego. Especially when my brother would just look at me and smirk. It would be that way for the next year and a half. I finally hit puberty at fifteen. Luckily, the enemas for both of us ended about a year later.
How much of an age difference was there between you and your cousin? Did he tease you? Did anyone else say anything about it? It was bad enough for me not starting puberty until I was fifteen, it must have really been bad for you not starting until you were sixteen and a half.
