When I received improperly sized and administered enemas as a kid for childhood illnesses, I had the image that some few other kids who said there was nothing to theirs were perfect and I was flawed. Later, in my 20s, when giving myself an enema, I would become hard thinking they handled it well and I should "learn" how to take improperly sized and administered enemas. I felt I had a sexual desire toward a number of them. However, it would sometimes eventually leave when I would realize that their BMs were no less smelly than mine, and that they probably didn't have superhuman skills in taking enemas.
