I often experience upset stomach and my bowel movements are irregular and painful. Sometimes it will be several days between and when I do go, it takes a long time and there is a lot of cramping. I plan on taking an enema, but does anyone have any suggestions on making an enema solution with basic household ingredients found in the kitchen and how many enemas I should take in a row? Thanks
btw, I have a normal, what I think is a 4 quart, enema bag if that makes a difference

try a baking soda buffered slution. one tablespoon per quart. avoid harsh solutions. I use goats milk soap buffered with baking soda. I let the bar soak in an 8 oz jar filled with water. When its time for my enema I pour the soapy thick solution into my enemas water.
