I grew up in the late 40's thru early 60's in the rural south. Parents back then beleived in cleaning out kids on a regular basis. For a lot of parents, enemas were the treatment of choice. I lived with my mother and older sister on a farm with no indoor plumbing so enemas were done outside bhy the outhouse. I got weekly enemas on saturday mornings, usually.
At first just my mother did them but when my sister was 13, she started to do some of them to help my mother out.
This continued until i left home.
Back then it was common for the older girls to help the mother with the younger ones. In my case, my sister helped out by giving me enemas. She also spanked me at times. It was strange the first few times my sister gave me enemas, i was used to my mothers style and my sisters enemas were different.
I was about 12 whe she started and she was 15. she had helped my mother give them so it wasnt so strange being naked and having her there for enemas.
It was more of a practical matter, never a sexual thing altho i did get excited durning most enemas. My mother would say that it was normal for boys to have erections during enemas and they didnt pay attention to it.
