In HS I wrestled and often took 6 ex lax to make weight. It irritated my mother no end. When I came home from the match she would often tell me she needed to give me an enema to get the ex lax out of me. The word was spread among guys on he team that taking ex lax and having a thorough crap would help to make sure you were still in your weight class. the coach had nothing to do with it.

I have taken regular enemas for many years. I weigh myself before, during and after enemas. If take in 2 quarts I gain 4 pounds, 3 quarts 6 pounds. At the end of a series I may have gained 1 pound that will be gone in the morning. I have never lost any weight taking enemas and I need to.
