I think my mother really believed that a daily bowel movement was most to be preferred and certainly one should not go past three days without having one. That is why an enema bag was in the house and a mother there to use it. i am sure not a week went by from infancy to early twenties that I was not given at least one enema. I was the youngest of three but there were thirteen years between me and my nearest brother, but we all were subjected to enemas.
The on the back position to get an enema was fairly commnon. It provided an easy target for inserting the nozzle. My mother would often give me an enema not because I was sick or constipated but because she thought it was for my own good to have a clean system.
I don't think any high school wrestler today makes weight with enemas or laxatives. Instead they run and starve. I think even rubber suits are forbidden now. I also think there are limits how many weight classes a wrestler can go down. As I wrote before I am turned on not by the idea of an enema or a suppository but of being forced to go.
Strangely I like the empty feeling that I have after a suppository or enema or laxative empties me. After my mother's enemas worked I always felt ravenously hungry. It has been years since I had an enema. I do not own an enema bag, though I may buy one when I retire if I can afford to retire. The rare time I am now hungover I drink a bottle of citrate of magnesia. It chases the willies quickly.
