I understand the physical reasons to allow sufficient time for your body to recover from the enemas and suppositories. My head knows that, but my body feels differently on the subject. Don't know about you, but I miss the pleasure side of it all, making it more difficult to wait, you know? I don't believe I'm "addicted" to them (if that's possible), but to be honest, they do meet a need on a certain level. Does that make sense? Their use is when I also realized the pleasure side both the expulsion and relief and health benefits. I also know that it should be done in moderation as you can become dependant on laxatives. I had to take a suppository last night when having problems trying to go. I won't take anything else for a few days as I want my body to try to do things naturally.
