Yes dear you are correct as the douche nozzle will get clogged with poo poo esp if its a lower impaction, The way to unclogg it is to shut off the clamp then start squeezing the bottom part of the hose near the nozzle that will open it up to let the water flow, Most douche nozzle today have small side holes unlike the old type made by faultless as those douche nozzles had large bore side holes that did not clog up so easy.

An easy way to unclog a nozzle is to hold the bag high for a second or two and then go down to the preferred hight. Holding it high will raise the pressure and almost certainly open the holes. This is especially useful in using the "tulip style" douche nozzle.

using a small drill and bit, you can drill another opening on the end or even open up the smaller holes a bit without hurting the effectiveness of the douche nozzle
