Just ask them if it is ok that your male friend give them the enemas in privacy. My son also refused to be seen naked by his mom when he reached puberty. So I took over and since there is no more problem, especially after I told him not to be ashamed of getting erections as it is a normal response in males.

Callie, it seems as though you have decided against the idea of asking your male friend to help you. I am getting this idea from what you told Vera above when you said, "I'll use that approach next time". What approach will you try? If that fails, other mothers on this board
may have dealt with teenagers and can make some suggestions.
