Temple of §har
~This recently abandoned temple is now washed in a dull emerald glow. As you pad closer to the center, you discover a black pool of water. It glistens midnight ebony, trickling down the rock steps, into a long black pool. A wolf sits by the edge, haunches lit in the bright silver beam of light, cascading from the ceiling. These beams make up a circle around the pool, creating a wall of light. four wolves step out of the light, silver and ivory fur glistening.. A young female with green eyes, tinted with an ebony sheen speaks.~ Welcome to the Temple of Shar, I am Lovella, High Sorceress, and speaker of Shar. ~The silver female steps forward, freezing you with her unwavering gaze..~ I am Waukeen.. All those who serve Shar must be loyal. Let this be a warning, I do not tolerate traitors.~Charana welcomes you, eyes glinting with a spark of mischief, while the black female looks up from the water, She is Annastrianna. The female beside her watches with amusemet, pearl eyes set against glass white fur.~ I am Sepret, lets see what you have now? Shar alone shall decide you worthiness... ~Sepret dips her paw into the pool, white fur mixes with the black water..Then the water clears, as if drawn away from her, she wades effortlessly through the pool, stepping out, fur dry and glistening white. She pads back to you, now all five watch you with thier icey gaze.

Shar wasn't always a goddess. Once, long ago, darkness recided in her heart. One morning a lone wolf came to her, wanting to be her mate... and tried to kill her pup. She knew the only way she could get aid from Selune would be to turn light and fight this sacrificer. She mutilated the body, saved her pup, and spread the attackers guts all over the ground in triumph. Selune granted her in reward a place as a goddess beside her, but Shar grew restless and darkness crept into her heart once again. In panic, she turned to Selune for help. Selune embodied the natural dark part of her soul as a chaotic goddess, instead of one of order like herself. Shar is now the chaos side of the lights, the one who is restless and agressive, never sleeping, and enforcing a terrible wrath on all those who oppose her, her only match Sune and Selune.

I am no immortal god or priest but a mortal wolf, yet I would spend all my life to serve the goddess I was raised to know. I have no powers nor immortality as I have said, but the goddess Shar will have my life to do with as she pleases.

He was raised in Sune's temple, the representative of peace...but now he was free of those quarters...free to go where he pleased. He watches the roiling black ebony, the priestesses walking around...and lies down for a rest on the stony floor.

~The pups whimper when they touch the cold floor of teh temple. Sepret does her best to comfort them, tuckin geach one under her warm ruff for warmth. She didd'nt want to belive this prophecy, they could be just any normalm two day olds. But in the back of her mind, the visions she had saw from the depths frightened and confirmed. There was nothing left to do now but wait for Shar.~

        Shar nods. While we cannot offer that here, i have something much better for them. Both of you, take water from the pool, have the pup dip thier paw in it once, and it wil turn to milk wherever they touch it.         ~The pup's paw touches the water, smelling rich milk, she begins to lap at the pool.. Lovella helps the other two, they get the idea gradually, ntis soon becomes a daily routine fo rhte pups. ~Stepping stones that had not been there before, had appeared. Hesistantly, she placed one paw on htem, knowing Shar to be tricky. When nothing happend, she stepped onto one, then the other, her white coat disspearing down the cavern. At last the trail leads to the Goddedd herself. Shar in her usuall form, the form of her real self, before she became a god.. Come Sepret, its time. You will bring me those pups. ~Sepret sets her jaw firmly, so teh prophecy was to come true..she did not like it.~ I sense your doupt, obey me. ~Snarled the black wolf, teh stone next to Sepret erupts into flame, She leaps nimble away just as the one beneath does hte same. Then the stones on the other side erupt, trapping her on the one she is standing on.. She glares at Shar, knowing her trickery.~ Yes Shar, you shall have these pups. ~Shar grins, but Sepret is already gone, having leapt of the now flaming stone, and into the pool. Shar sneds a spell to lift the wolf to safety, before dissapearing into the dark recesses of the temple herself....~

If so, she would be engulfed by the pure chaos of her goddess.
Her orange-green eyes glow, literally, in the dark, and her coat is coppery red with black legs and a black muzzle, like a fox. She is small and lightly-built, almost delicate, and her fur is silky and sparse, marking her as a wolf who has grown up and lived in a desert region. And she has, coming long distances through strange territories to come here. She howls at the pool, and it responds with a keening ring, to call prophecies to the surface.*
