Variation on taking rectal temps are fine but this one is off topic in my opinion and suggests a completely different fetish in which a glass thermometer is just another instrument used for it.

Looks dangerous. What is going to happen if he breaks the thermomter? If he is alone, he could be in serious trouble before he got help.

One of my girlfriends stuck a digital thermometer probe up my willy once when we were half drunk. It burned a little when she stuck it in and it felt like I had to pee real bad the whole time it was up there. I did pee a little when she took it out. The reading is almost as accurate as rectal.

I've heard of this being done for real in some circumstances. I remember a boy I went to HS with saying it was done when he was in the hospital for something - I'm not sure what he was in for but I know he was in the hospital several times. Does anyone know under what circumstances this would be done by a doctor?
