i usually put my son on his back when i take his rectal temperature. when i insert a thermometer in his hole i always hold ih in a place in full 10 minutes and sometimes rol it a little and i notice he gets erection. do you have the similiar experiences with you boy?

This response is very common and normal. It's surprising that more boys did NOT end up with the fetish. I knew I had the fetish when I started getting erections even long before the actual insertion of the thermometer. Just the anticipation was enough to trigger this. My mother would tell me "I need to take your rectal now." I would go up to my room and lie on the bed and in a couple minutes I'd hear her come up the stairs, go into the bathroom, open the cabinet and retrieve the thermometer and the vaseline. I was completely erect by the time she came into the room.
Fortunately, in the knee-chest position I was afforded some modesty. Most of the time. But there were times I had to stand up after the thermometer was removed and in those instances my arousal was on display for all to clearly see.
Today I keep the thermometer and Vaseline right next to my bed so I can reach over in the morning without even getting up. This is the one way I can get an erection in the mornings to masturbate. Otherwise my small unit (3.something at full size) will not go up.

I get aroused just readding about this. I remember liking my mom to take a rectal temperature on me. i use to take my sons temperature always rectally; i noticed he would get an erection also. Some times i would masterbate afterward My mom told me it was ok.

My rectal temps stopped around age 7, both at home and the going to the doctor's. However, at age 10, I went into the hospital to have drainage tubes put into my ears and upon check into my room, the nurse came in and gave me a rectal temp with my mom present and I recall getting an erection and my mom and the nurse teased me affectionately.

My rectal temps at the doctor's stopped when I was seven. While I vivdly remember how good it felt the last time I had my temperature taken rectally, I can't recall if I had an erection. By the time I had my own personal rectal thermometer some five years later, I would get an erection whenever I took my temperature.

I never got an erection when my mother took my rectal temp, but when I started to take my own temperature I had an erection all the time. It started when I undressed, and got stronger when I inserted the thermometer into my butthole. I even had my very first orgasm by taking my own rectal temp (hands free).
