I work in an urgent care clinic and the doctor I work for is from India. he is a niuce guy pays me well. I am his nurse and office manager. Most everyone that comes in get a rectal temp and if they get antibiotics they get a dose of penicillin or rocephin. He tells them that the rectal temp is the most accurate and that most people won't buy their antibiotics and this way he knows they are getting treated. Surprising enough we do have repeat patients. Most are shocked the first time though. Yesterday I had this very cute attorney come in with ear pain and a horrible cough. I got an oral temp on her because she was 23. The doctor came in and talked with her and said my nurse is going to check your temp rectally and give you an antibiotic shot. She protested but he did convince her it was for the best. She was sitting in the chair when I came in with her injection. I said I will take your temperature first. She climbed up on the table and laid face down. I took off her shoes. I pulled up her dress above her waist. I pulled down down her hose. I pulled down her red satin panties to mid thigh. I placed my hand on both of her butt cheeks and spread them and slowly pushed the probe into her rectum. She immediately tensed up her butt muscles. This is so embarrasing she said. I asked if it hurt and she said no, I can't remember ever getting this done. I pulled out the thermometer and then took a tisse and wiped the KY off her butt cheeks. I asked her to pint her toes inward. I then uncapped the 18g 1.5 inch long needle. I swatted her bare left hip twice and then placed the needle deep in her butt. She jumped and I said try to relax so this does not hurt. its hard to relax with a pencil in your butt she said. I'm sorry it just hurts. I slowly injected the 2.4 million units of bicillin in her butt muscle. I pulled out the needle and wiped the small drop of blood off her butt cheek. I slowly gave her hip a deep circular massage which at first she said hurt , but then said it actually helped with the pain. I put a cold pack on her bare butt and told her to relax for 10 minutes. She asked me how many times a day I gave the same shot in peoples butt. I said about 10-15 times a day. Both men and women and that men usually do not do as well as women. I could see some tears in her eyes. I helped her slide her panties up and then helped her get up off the table. She limped around the room a few minutes holding her butt. How am I going to sit. I said what you really need to do is go for a walk. I do love my job knowning that I am going to get to see some fine looking bare butts. The flabby butts are a turn off. But those very attractive females that come in make all the others worth shooting.

23 year old attorney? Considering most people get their undergad degree at 22, and then 3 years of law school, She must have been some good student to graduate law school and pass her Bar exam by 23.
