Not saying your missive isn't factual, but it raised the questions I asked. Then too if it is factual, you might have a number of posters here wanting to go to that facility! The validity of this post is suspicious, but I know the world is full of odd occurrences and people often act without thinking, so I am willing to give Lorriane the benefit of a doubt. At least, if she can explain this rather peculiar situation. Like Rich stated, why didn't they wait for you before bringing back a patient barely in her teens, who was going to be asked to remove her clothes? Why would the daughter's coat be left outside a room to possibly be stolen rather than taken into the exam room with her? Why would you "barge" into an exam room without knocking or asking where your daughter was? Why was this adult women receiving a rectal temp? Had you been to this clinic before? Had your daughter? Were rectal temps standard for all patients, even those just there for check-ups? Finally, I'd be interested in knowing how your daughter reacted and what her prior experience was with rectal temps.
