I take my ear temperature at 7:00pm : 37.8
I come home and take my temperature again
Ear temperture: 37.6
oral temperture: 37.3
rectal tempeture: 37.6
axillary tempeture: 37.14
May i know i have fever or not?

I have taken an oral and rectal temp at the same time to compare readings.I have also used a glass mercury rectal thermometer and then used a digital rectally to compare readings.The glass rectal for me is by far the most reliable.Digitals register faster,but are not as accurate.

I'd say this: If you have or suspect you have a fever, or are not feeling well or are sick, yes, take your temperature, becauase if you wind up talking with your doctor he/she may ask if you did so. They might ask the way you took your temperature.

Doctor want me take my temperature every day.
Because i have ''fever of unknown origin''.
I also used a glass mercury rectal thermometer.
But i,m afraid he know. because i,m 25.
So i just tell him i have not taked my temperature
