There is the same age difference between you and your younger sister as there is between me and mine. I can't believe this idea never occurred to you when you were younger. My sister an I played doctor a lot. I was always the doctor. Hers was the first of many bottoms I enjoyed looking at while she was over my knee getting shots, rt's and even play spankings. This never went on between the two of you or other siblings, friends, cousins? My fun was with ALL these different kids including school mates and kids I visited just for THAT purpose.
There was one boy (though my favorite bottoms were on girls!)I played with under the crawl space of their house (this was in the sixties). He never wanted to doctor me but though I much enjoyed doing the doctoring, I had a desire to have a thin object in my own butt, as well, though only from time to time. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the views of dozens of bottoms in our play.
