I would go back to the age of 8 when I was in the hospital for a few days to have my tonsills out. I was in a ward with about a dozen kids ranging in age from 4 to 10, both boys and girls. We were temped about 4 times a day. I was very shy about having my gown up and underpants down but it was also very exciting to be bare bottom with a temp in and look about the ward and see all the other bare bottoms with temps proudly displayed. (Especially the cute blond girl two beds away.) Even better, the nurses only inserted the temps a minimum amount and you were asked to squeeze "back there" to hold it in place. Needless to say, when you relaxed, if would droop down and give you a nice tickle "back there" which would be repeated when you would squeeze again. Looking about the ward you could see most of the temps bobbing up and down. I was not the only one giving myself an anal massage with the thermometer! My fantasy would include an opportunity I passed on when a nurse brought about 4 new patients in and asked me if I would allow her to show them how "the big boys" have their temps taken. I was too shy for that, and someone else got to show them how to roll-over, flip up the gown, pull down his underpants and spread their legs for the nurse so she had only to insert the temp, and usually not even have to spread the crack open. Then came the demonstration of how to "hold" the temp. (Squeeze, and it stands up.) While he was "demonstrating" I realized that it would have been a rush to have my bare bottom be the center of attention!
