I love the feelings that come from a cool thermometer. Sometimes, I use two of them: one in my bottom, and another one in a cool glass of water, waiting to be inserted. I switch them out, every few minutes, to keep the cool sensations going for a long time. It's delicious! Does anyone else enjoy this cooling technique, or a similar one? If so, please share. (BTW...thanks to Contributor for reminding me of this in your post!) Jenn.

I can relate.Just for kicks,I put a rectal thermometer in the refrigerator and then inserted it after it "cooled" for about 15 minutes.I too,put the thermometer in a glass of cold water and then inserted. It did feel good.

Hi Jennifer !

I like the cool feeling, too. I don't have a special technique to make the thermometer cooler. But it is a good idea... ;-)

Yes, my former girlfriend and I used to play doctor frequently, and usually the way we would let the other know that it's time to play is one of us would put a glass of water with a thermometer in it in the fridge. When the other discovered it, that person became the doctor and would bring the glass and the very cold thermometer into whatever room the 'patient' was in, followed by the container of Vaseline. This was over 10 years ago, but following her divorce two years ago, we met up for a weekend to relive old times, and was totally worth it. A thermometer in a glass of cold water - that will always bring back flood of great memories.

You are more then welcome Jenn. I would still like to have you on a bear skin rug in front of a fire in a log cabin. Of course there would be his and her cool thermometers at the ready. Of course if you should feel a little chill, there is a beaver skin blanket available and a small glass of your favorite brandy. I have the ideal spot, Paintbrush Ranch, Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Look it up it does exisit. Its currently for sale, want to go 50-50 on the deal? Hall & Hall are handling the transaction. Well a guy can always dream, keep your sunny side up Jenn. Contributor
