Enter the Phoenix is a Hong Kong martial arts comedy about a gay gangster. The gangster is talking to his wannabe girlfriend and she asks him when he first realized he was gay and there's a flashback scene to when he was six. He's bare bottomed over the knee of a pretty nurse and she sticks a thermometer up his butt and the boy has a big smile on his face. At the end when the credits roll there are a few out-take scenes of the nurse inserting the thermometer and the boy grimaces. This video is available from time-to-time on Youtube but it gets taken down, presumably for copyright reasons.
Telekolleg is a long-running continuing education series produced by the Baverian state TV station. The Telekolleg 2 Biologie series produced in the 1980s has an episode on the immune system. I've never seen the actual video but I've seen the screenshots which were posted on this board prior to the ethnic cleansing. To illustrate fever a seven year old girl has her temperature taken by her mother and then receives a fever suppository. The thermometer scene is extremely explicit with a closeup on the girl's butt as the thermometer is inserted. The suppository scene is shown from a distance but it's real. I have never been able to find this video online but rumor has it that it's available to check out on DVD in large German libraries.
