Lol, that was staged for erotica, but they made it look like the real thing. Sounds like it was filmed in Great Britain with English accents.

During a routine exam there is no way for an adult woman be subjected to a rectal temp, a child maybe.

Do not know how old this video is, but today person's body temp can be taken in a non-evasive way with no contact with the body in anyway.
