No never got a spanking at the pediatrician. The shot was painful enough my parents thought. Like I said I had a rep, nurses were standing by if I got a shot in the butt.

Rep = Reputation.

It means that it must have been listed in the chart that I was going to put up a fight if I had to get a shot in my butt. There was always two nurses in the room.
