Maybe this is the two-scale thermometer from Geratherm:

Unfortunately I have found no picture from the backside of this thermometer. Does anybody know if this is a Geratherm thermometer?

Ah, that´s interesting. In Germany Geratherm only produces one standard glas thermometer for all three classic ways to take the temperature. And this thermometer has got a green top.

So here it´s normal if you see a green top sticking out between someone´s cheeks. ;-)
I have got this thermometer and use it the rectal way of course. But it would be great to get an only rectal version with a red top...

The Geratherm bulb is the same on the rectal and oral models. It's not an excitiing thermometer. Sadly, the former pear-shaped bulbs are long gone.
