 i worked ten years as a security guard in a university hospital,I was injured several times. THe first time Igot a good punch to the stomach and had a female doctor put her finger up my butt looking for blood in my bowel. The second time a female doc I have known for several years sent a male clinical asst. in to take my temp. Rectally to look for blood, maybe other hospitals use this method for car crashes, or violent injuries.( JFL1940@verizon.net)
