It was part of a punishment - I was 8 years old and during a row with my little sister I'd broken something that belonged to her. My parents developed the idea that all childhood "misbehavior" was ultimately caused by constipation. And so, because we reacted so strongly against being given suppositories, they began to use them as "punishments". But this time, what would ordinarily be "spanking-plus-suppository" punishment turned more sadistic - because my parents were particularly angry at me, and my mother got the idea into her head that the cylindrical handle could be used, like a rectal thermometer, as a stimulator to make me do a dooey (as we used to say). Or maybe she knew it wouldn't, 'cause she gave it a few twists, pulled it out covered in merde, then stuck a handy suppository up my butt using the handle to ram it in a bit. I know I did a big dooey on the lavatory before being confined to my room but what I mainly remember is that my butthole hurt for a long time after that. Which is why my mother later realised that she'd overstepped the mark this time and apologised. But I don't think the anal punishments ceased until quite some time later.
