--as far as the enema thing goes-we have not tried this scenario-when I was younger I don't remember getting an enema from mom-at the dr/clinic or the hospital-if we had a fever then-a shot in the butt was alway's the standard follow-on cure-(seem's all us kid's got rt's and shot's in the butt every time we were sick)--up to this point we have only played out the rt session's and shot moment's-(water-filled syringe's)-one sister also purchased several medical outfit's-the original white uniform-(skirt & pant's suit set including the white shoe's)-and the modern-styled medical scrub's set-(these range from solid color's to the multi-patterned style's)-another sister acquired a stethoscope--it is alway's a surprise to see what everyone add's to the room-each item brought in-add's more to the realism to the session's.

--I am the patient 99% of the time-all my sister's (4) play the role as the nurse-each has their turn acting out the role when I arrive to my home or when I go over to their house-(the designed medical/exam room is at my house)-all the rt session's are basically the same process-however each sister add's her own special technique for the realism of the scenario-to answer your question--I have taken each of their rt-(playing the role as a male nurse/doctor--each sister did enjoy this)-but mostly it is me who get's to be the patient--when I arrive home and I see one or more of my sister's car's in the driveway or garage-I know then to wait in the living room-(simulated waiting room)--then touch the "specially routed" light switch on the wall-(this switch illuminate's a light in the exam room)-so then I sign the appointment book-wait about 5 minute's till one of my sister's arrive's-carrying my medical chart in her hand-we then walk down the hallway to the exam room-she place's the chart on the cabinet countertop after we enter the room-I am then told to undress to my underwear short's-she then leave's-returning about 3-5 minute's later-soon I will be laying on my tummy with a rt in my butt-today's rt session has begun.
