I take the temperature of the younger two when I change their diapers, they are incontinent, and I sometimes take the oldest's temperature as well when he needs a diaper change also, although most of the time he takes his own temperature when he changes his own diaper. They have there temperature taken regularly, to prevent infections, when they do get an infection, they have injections in their butts twice a day until the infection has cleared.
