But my all time favorite would be Ruth Martin (Timmy's mom from the Lassie show), played by June Lockhart.
Once I actually got a RT from my mom while laid across her lap as I was watching Lassie. It was a Sunday night and I had been sick all weekend. I was in my PJ's watching Lassie before I was to go to bed. Mom wanted me to move to my bedroom for the RT, but I didn't want to miss any of the show. Mom agreed and then sat down on the sofa and I laid across her lap as she lowered my PJ's and slid the thermometer home.

I posted a thread like this one some time back.I agree,June Lockhart would be great,and she was also the mom on "Lost in Space" and I could imagine her spreading Will,Penny's or Judy's buttocks for a well lubricated rectal thermometer.
I would love a rectal temp from Elizabeth Montgomery,of "Bewitched" fame.She had great legs and I would imagine being held over her lap while she slowly inserted a cold Vaseline -coated thermometer into my anus and up my rectum.She would hold it between her fingers and rest her hand on my bottom to keep me still.Five minutes later she would slowly withdraw it and give me the verdict.

I think I posted here on a similar thread that I would love for Carol Brady to take my RT, followed by Aunt Bea from the Andy Griffith Show. And another name I'd throw in there would be Claire Huxtable from the Cosby Show,Phylicia Rashad, and also Edith Bunker from All in the Family!

OMG dude with the exception of Carol Brady those others I would have to pass on. I guess you would have loved the nurse the Dr had when I was a young lad. She was the spitting image of aunt bea her name was Hazel. She just loved to take rectal temps you could just tell. Now me I would love Shirley Jones as Mrs Partridge if I had to pick a TV mom or Patricia Heaton from Everyone Loves Raymond.
